I love putting words and images together in different mediums and I always feel the words need more pictures. I also like to concept and design them.
After stints in San Francisco as a graphic designer I landed my first advertising art direction job at Chiat/Day by the Bay. Working in both advertising and design has given me experience with managing projects from concept through production. After years of art directing and designing projects for print and television commercials in advertising I became interested in designing for film. I have worked as an art director or set decorator for production companies and studios on a variety of film projects including commercials, videos, entertainment promotions, and feature films.
I am currently expanding my design skills into interactive media design. I enjoy the design process and integrating brand strategy into all mediums. I am still amazed by the web; transformative, immediate, and global all at once.
